By using Coupo9you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the site. These terms apply to all visitors and to anyone submitting offers or feedback.
How offers work
Coupo9is a directory: we list coupon codes and deals for third-party stores, alongside the date each was last checked and, once enough shoppers have voted, a community success rate. Revealing a code or clicking a deal takes you to the merchant's own site, where the purchase — and the contract — is between you and the merchant.
Accuracy & availability
We take offers from merchants' own pricing and offer pages and show when each was last checked, but merchants can change or withdraw promotions at any time without telling anyone. Final pricing, eligibility and redemption are always determined by the merchant at checkout. Success rates are community-reported estimates, not guarantees. We provide the site “as is” and may modify or discontinue features at any time.
Affiliate links
Many outbound links are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. This never affects rankings — see the affiliate disclosure for the full picture.
Accounts & reviews
An account is optional. If you create one, keep your password to yourself and give an email address you control. You must be 18 or older to open an account. You can delete it at any time from your account settings.
Reviews you post must describe your own experience with the store. You keep ownership of what you write, and you allow Coupo9to show it on the site. We may remove reviews that are spam, abusive, off-topic, contain personal information, or were written in exchange for payment. We don't remove reviews for being negative. See the editorial policy.
Acceptable use
- Don't scrape, bulk-download or republish our listings.
- Don't submit fake offers, spam feedback, or manipulate success rates.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, overload or probe the service.
- Don't use the site for anything unlawful.
We may restrict access for anyone violating these rules.
Intellectual property
Store names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used to identify offers. Everything else on the site — text, design, code and the curation of listings — belongs to Coupo9 Technologies and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coupo9is not liable for losses arising from expired or changed offers, merchant pricing errors, or anything that happens on a merchant's site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above always shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. This doesn't take away any consumer protection you have under the law of the country where you live.
